I just wanted to give the staff at mitten motors a shout out. This was my first buy and I was so nervous about buying because I didn’t know what to look for . They didn’t pressure me at all and gave me all myof buying options. I’m so pleased with my new car I’m a proud owner now of a 2016 red Buick verano. I love it and thank you again mitten motor staff

Do not buy a vehicle from these people! They knowingly sold me a car that was unsafe to drive or be sold period. They did not discuss anything about a warranty until time of purchase. When I went back to get the warranty, like I was told to do by them, they gave me the run around. The vehicle started acting up 2 weeks afterwards and I was told "it's water under the bridge".

I went in here and the office manager Valentine was extremely helpful and diligent, he stayed after hours to make sure I received my plate. I am extremely happy happy with my 2016 Jeep Compass.

Purchasing a car can be an overwhelming experience, but when I decided to buy a 2013 Ford Edge from Mitten Motors, I knew I was in good hands. The staff at Mitten Motors who assisted me throughout the process, made it a memorable and enjoyable journey.

Purchased a nice looking truck..Looks nice.4,300 for the truck. 2006Week after I have to get the rear axle housing replaced ( sure fine I'll pay to fix something it's my fault for not driving the highway first and listening for sounds.)So I drop the 2,400 into getting the rear axle assembly replaced because grinding whine and vertical play in drive shaft. Due to pinion gear and pinion bearing being destroyed. Which contributes to abnormal wear on the entire axle assembly.Repair requires special tools, and teeth dyes, since the crush seal needs to be put at appropriate depth to not cause chatter or abnormal wear.So it was best to get a remove replace low mileage assembly for the cheapest price. And I do OEM products only since we all know how non OEM works. But of course what I thought I would fix by replacing some spark plugs for a misfire turns out to be shiny metals on my dip stick for the engine oil.Almost 7,000 spent.. and need a new engine yet, or at least remanned.Do your homework and bring the test vehicle to a mechanic. As far as I'm concerned. It's fraudulent and the extra warranty doesn't do anything for you.Was told that the warranty needs to be serviced by a shop as they don't have a repair facility.Only to get the review saying they could work on it for dirt cheap. Big red flagPut some thicker oil in it and the sound will go away. Classic snakes oil.

Cant thank you enough Mitten. I found the commercial vehicle I have been looking for. Great communication and the willingness to go the extra mile to make the customer happy. Sonny went above and beyond. Thanks Mitten I'll be back

If you’re thinking of buying something from these people…do yourself a favor and don’t. $5000 car broke down first week and still can’t plate it after a month as they still haven’t transferred title. Horrible customer service!

This dealership is AMAZING! I was given a DHS Voucher for a vehicle and I wasn't able to get anyone to work with me during the long process! Mitten motors was very patient with me and my caseworker and got me a beautiful Nissan Juke with only 81,000 miles! Other dealers were trying to sell me junk from the back of their lot! I'd recommend anyone to go to Mitten Motors thank you so much!!! ♥️❣️

Be careful, their idea of an immaculate 2014 chevy impala that's been serviced, front rotors need to be replaced or at the very least resurfaced, back rotors aren't much better, humming coming from the passenger side dash when accelerating around 40mph, the moonroof cover is in horrible shape & hangs down blocking your sight thru the rear view mirror, the previous owner didn't claim an accident so its being sold as accident free but I have a suspicion that they replaced the front bumper, if you look at the corners where the bumper & fender meet, you can definitely tell work has been done & the seam between the hood & bumper doesn't match from driver side to passenger side, the hood sticks too when trying to open, which could point to frame damage, the aftermarket exhaust makes it difficult to hear additional issues, driverside headlight has a crack & is allowing moisture in, so it will short out soon, oh & they tell you to limit your test drive to 15min, so no taking it on the highway to find any additional issues. I made the mistake of being out of town & listening to the 'oh, a guy was just in here & was very interested, so you'll need to get here asap but I was in jackson & couldnt make it there, so I stupidly put non-refundable money down before test driving it, the "sales manager" who e-mailed me from an e-mail address, connected to the salesman I was working with, if that's not a red flag, admits it has flaws but apparently still stands behind their salesmans opinion of "immaculate ". Yet, I'm delusional & must be the tires or road i'm hearing lol, should've done a better job inspecting the vehicle myself & expect too much from a 2014 vehicle when again, the salesman sells it as immaculate?Just don't want someone else to make the same costly mistake, have the vehicle independently inspected to make sure you're not buying a bigger problem, based on their reviews, it appears to be a common theme

I purchased a 2013 Ford Escape from Mitten Motors. Ken was kind and explained everything in detail. I drove the car from Michigan to California with no issues. My wife and I are happy with our purchase. I definitely recommend purchasing your car from here. ?

Mitten is continuously trying to detach themselves from this situation and put it on Leo but if I wanted to sue I would have to sue Mitten (who I thought I was doing business with and whos on all paperwork buying the vehicle) they were never willing to fix anything but brakes I did purchase a warranty with them which did not cover engine cost for pre existing issues! 0 stars. Spent $4,800 on a 2010 gmc terrain start having issues with the car the week of purchase that only progressed. After 2 inspections the trucks timing chain is bad (engine) Mitten told me is had just been replaced (lie) extremely loose ball joint all brakes pads and rotors. My car has been parked in need of thousands in repairs. Do not spend your money with these thieves!!

He’s a scammer! Sold me a basically broke car! & he can’t say I never bought a car from here or done business with him…. He asked me out… he knows me. He stopped replying to me after I told him all the problems wirh the car that I noticed a week into driving this car. Don’t buy a car from here!
