Recently I purchased a 2006 Range Rover from J-Mike Carter at Mitten Motors. Not only was the vehicle a great runner, it looked beautiful and the seller and dealership staff was very courteous and answered every question I had. My experience at Mitten Motors was excellent and I referred other family members and friends.

I recently purchased a car from Ken. The very first day I brought it home, the car had an electrical issue where nothing would work on it, and it wouldn’t start. Ken was quick to respond and had it towed to his mechanic. A few days later, they said it was fixed. 3 days later, there were more electrical issues, and the car wouldn’t turn off, even without the key in it! The electrical issues were not fixed. Ken came out, but all he did was pull a fuse to turn off the car and told us we were on our own. He didn’t stand behind the car he sold us, and his mechanic didn’t stand behind his work. We were stuck with a lemon they sold us- I would never buy from them again! Ken did try to make it right the first time, but selling a lemon and not buying it back or fixing it when it breaks down immediately after purchase is bad business and poor customer service. In contradiction to Mitten's response to this review, Ken is not in contact with us or following through at all. We have not heard from him since. They are lying about that. They also lied about offering us a warranty if we paid full price. That was never mentioned as an option at the time of purchase.

Me being from Chicago I never thought I'd go to Grand Rapids but I found a nice BMW 750 on Facebook marketplace. Financed it through Mitten with only 1000 down came with a 2 year warranty!!! Took it to BMW near Harvey and they told me it's a ALPINA! Not sure if they knew when they sold it to me but I got a STEAL

ADVISORY ? : Never sign a as is from Mitten Motors!!!? BEWARE of what your buying and take your car to a Mechanic first . They got my son Last month for $5000. Engine blew up after 2 weeks .He trusted them and got Burned. DO NOT EVER Give a deposit because they will pull you in to buy from them saying no refund of Deposits . My Son worked all last summer to buy his first Car , and now he's heartbroken. No car and No money. Please go look at the reviews from this place years ago.. IF IM LYING THEN GO LOOK AT THE BAD REVIEWS FROM YEARS AGO..WHATS YOUR EXCUSE FOR THAT MANY BAD REVIEWS .STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF, WE DIDNT RIP YOU OFF WE ARE INNOCENT CUSTOMERS ALL OF US.?

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE STRAIGHT SCAM I bought a 2013 Subaru for a total of $5050 from here with warranty and less than a month the engine blew up i was told when i bought the car that the warranty covers the engine and transmission for no cost come to find out that the warranty covered up to a $1000 everytime i call up there they try to brush me away and will not help me
You really a fool if you think i wrote all them reviews just note im plugged you was shakin out that 3X jacket when me and pops pulled up also i was still 50 something miles under the warranty and you had no choice but to gimme that money because my agent got on yall head also have fun with that violation from the state you bum

I only gave it 1 star because that was the lowest they post. I got ripped off so bad from them. We have put $500 into this piece of junk and we're not done. Still need 2 tires. The electric buttons on the car don't work half the time. Do not buy from these scammers. We're still waiting for the license plate and we purchased the car 5-6 weeks ago.

I was told no by everyone and they approved me! My bank and every other dealership I applied said no and they were able to get me in an Audi A4 with $500 down. My car also came with a 2 year warranty I couldn’t be happier. They also got me in and out same day I couldn’t be happier

Went there to look at a car that I had messaged them about. No one would help with anything except handing the keys and walking away. When looking at the car that they said was ready for the road I first noticed under the hood that all the hoses looked old and worn and would have to be replaced. The alternator belt didn't have much life left in it. Checked the oil and I have never seen oil that black before. Noticed the oil change sticker in the window and it says it's 10,000 miles over do fir an oil change. Lastly the radiator wasn't even connected to the car just free movement all over. When I wenty to return the key they didn't even acknowledge me so I set the key down and left. I wouldn't by a cat from a place that sells cars in this poor of condition
