Mister Car Wash 3797 28th Street.
On the 22nd of May 2024 I washed my car, at the time my car's back view glass wiper was broken, and I went back and mentioned the incident and checked the video that showed the incident was true but Mister Car Wash didn't make any solution.

It's a car wash, nothing bad to say. I do like you can actually pull in and use the vacuums without blocking traffic behind you

Vacuums limit you to vacuum on the passenger side only. Staff rudely asked to turn my vehicle around when i tried to vacuum the driver side. Then the car washed stopped half way through. Had to go through it again. So a quick vacuum and wash consumed my entire lunch break. I will be avoiding this location going forward.

Tipping culture has gotten out of hand. The attendants monitor the screen for you and then ask if you want to tip. Tip for what?? It’s a car wash? There is very few vaccuums and they don’t suction very well. Also saw they are raising their monthly subscription fee.
