Very friendly staff, never have to wait long, wash and dry is good and convenient to find a Mister Car Wash. Have been to several and they all were good!

The wash was ok. When I pulled up to the automated kiosk to select my wash, a worker came up unsolicited and leaned into my window to watch what I was doing on the screen.
He even made sure to point out to select a tip. Just standing there in my space watching my every selection during the transaction. What a wierd tactic.
Maybe just give people a little space to make their selections and be available if help is needed.

Went in to get a wash on my unlimited plan, which I pay $29.99 a month for. Employee came up and saw my sticker was damaged, told me he was going to change it out. I get charged their new premium titanium membership for $40 without acknowledging any of this. Terrible sales practices, would have considered if was asked about the new membership.

Not only does the monthly cost fit my budget, but I'm also always happy about the pleasant service team. Everyone is always friendly, and waves back once I put my car in neutral. Just that added touch of friendliness is something that I like and also my other friends who have the monthly pass too. Good, friendly service is everything in my book!

Free vacuums at most locations. This quality of car wash is above par. But a little pricey.

I think this is an above average car wash, I definitely like the post wash finish left on my SUV. However, as others have noted, dirt and road dust remains on the back of the vehicle after every wash, and I spend most of my hand drying time cleaning off that dirt. Maybe I just need to go through the wash again?
