I have the montly deal and there are many locations along my normal routes so I use it frequently. The staff are always so nice. Sometimes the suction isn't great, but mostly good.
I love having a clean car and honestly kinda love just chilling for a couple minutes. I wish the interior clean option would return at Celebration. One more thing we lost to the pandemic!

Had my windshield damaged and spoked to Joshua regarding the claim and he said it is not cover and I am responsible for the replacement of the windshield. Asked Josh numerous times for his boss to contact me or his number and Josh ignores me 100%. I promise if one of Josh’s family or friends had this issue there would be no issue replacing the windshield. Beware if you get your vehicle damaged you are responsible for the repair. Now $1000 for a new windshield. Been a member since Southland started the monthly service. Mister doesn’t care about it all they care about is the money.

They need to change and clean their machines and brushes. They smell old and moldy. They don’t do interiors, and was expensive for what it was. Absolutely no human attention other than where to steer your wheel.

Wow all mister car wash location need to send their employees to this location for training. Girls talk to you and greet you . You get wave hello by the girl when you get in the wash. Awesome crew
