Why have someone try to make me feel weird about tipping when a robot does the work. I can push the touch screen myself. Makes me less likely to come back your prices are already too high

Annoyed! The Mister Car Wash on Leonard NW has the worst vacuums around, more than half don’t work, those that do have no power. Most of the handles are broken. This is not the case with all MCW.

Went through the wash yesterday. I requested that some space be allowed between my SUV and the car behind me. With our vehicle this allows the brushes to clean the back better. In spite of the fact that there was only one other vehicle there, the attendant sent the second vehicle as close as possible behind me. I watched as the brushes missed the back. I drove around and started back through for a second wash. Again I asked him to hold back the next vehicle a bit, and again he sent it as close as possible behind. I drove to the start again, stopping to talk to the person at the gate. I explained to her what had happened and she assured me that she would watch as I went through for a third time. Again I asked the attendant to hold back the next car, and again he put the car right behind me (5 feet). The other attendant walked alongside as I went through again.
I Asked her why they found it hard to leave room for the brushes to wash the back. She said "6 feet is plenty of room for us". I asked her why it was important for her to try to prove that point with me and she said "You're not being very kind to me" and walked away.
Every other time I've made that request at any Mister Carwash, they have complied and it has made a difference. After three washes the back of our vehicle is still dirty. The result is now I am a disgruntled long time customer with three cars on my account and I'm not sure I want to stay with Mister.

The equipment is rarely maintained, leaving, at least half of the vacuums unusable in someway. Not to mention the level of disrespect I received when going to the Leonard Street location this week. I was told that my tires being slightly wider, but still very much fitting between the rails with no rubbing whatsoever was no longer allowed at this location due to a recent upgrade at this location only. Not only was there no signage or warning, but they waited until I got the front of the line to tell me this which is absolute untrue my wheels and tires fit precisely how they are meant to within the rails, and no other location in the city of Grand Rapids has ever had a problem with my wheels and tires on my truck . The level of disrespect alone is what drove me to cancel my membership yesterday after being a member for many years. after years of membership, it's sad to cancel my membership given how close and convenient the locations are to me. Especially sad that several attempts to customer service to remedy or left unanswered me to leave reviews on various platforms to warn people to stay away.
