Hours say open at 11am on Sunday. 1125 am and doors were locked and no one was there same with 44th/Clyde Park location.

After 12 years with Assurance and problems I went to Metro by T-Mobile on December 12th last year and received a text that they had been Hacked and my personal information was compromised. After four months of major issues and weeks of a non working new cell I left them. Metro by T-Mobile is one of the worst carriers and Cricket is next because the issues are worse now with them. STAY away from these two carriers! Too many issues and excuses!

In December, after being with Assurance Wireless for 12 years and fed up, I mistakenly went to T-Mobile and they're just as BAD, plus more expensive. Too many issues and terrible customer service! Three days of a new cell and No service I went to Cricket on 54th St! Damien was great at setting my new cell up.

Its not a bad place to pay your bill, the service is great, but at times it seems as if some of the staff in the building seems to take horrendous long breaks, though they put a sign up saying they will be back in 15 mins, yet seem like they can't even COUNT, 15 minutes, to come back, to service the customers.

Purchased an unlocked phone through Best Buy, and set it up with a competitor provider, then found out that the service provider I used runs CDMA frequencies, where my phone needed GSM. Upon learning Metro by T-Mobile uses GSM frequencies, I made the choice to switch to Metro. I contacted the Division Ave. store to ask some questions about starting new service and transferring my number. Eric at Metro by T-Mobile was very helpful, both on the phone and in store. Eric got my phone quickly set up, answered all my questions adequately and transparently, and made me a Metro by T-Mobile user.Thanks Eric!I recommend this location for your cellular service needs.
