My cell was hacked when I had Metro by T-Mobile and I had so many problems! It was Worse than Assurance Wireless! Customer Service was lacking too! Horrible experience....So far Xfinity has been great!

Came in to replace my phone that broke, Claudia was working and helped me out big time, I was very very happy with her customer service, she had the same model of phone that I had and was looking for. 10 stars for her no doubt.

Come here if you want your phone set up right & quick. She set up my gmail, Amazon & Google 1 & I was out the door! Good store
