Ahmad is the best representative I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I showed up just as he was closing and he stayed open to help me transfer my device because I was locked out of my phone. By far the best service I have ever received and I will never go to another store for any of my cellular needs!

I bought a new phone and activated new service with Ahmad today. He was extremely patient and friendly. He took the time to transfer all of my information from my previous phone to my new phone. He made sure I was all set to go before leaving. I highly recommend this particular Metro by T Mobile store.

Ahmed is amazing. He has the patience of God Almighty. He is honest, kind and trustworthy. The new phone process can be so frustrating and time consuming. I'd rather do it there with Ahmed than any other phone store. He gets it done.

Best in-store experience with Ahmad! I’ve been a metro customer for 5 years and came to this location based on reviews and was not disappointed - Ahmad worked with me to help me add Wi-Fi to my phone plan, took the time to adjust my plan to best suit my needs, and even talked me through how to hook up the Wi-Fi. Plus he was a pleasure to work with. Thanks, Ahmad - I will recommend you & Metro to family and friends.

Ahmad, the store manager at the 2666 Alpine location was great!! I was having a technical problem that took some time to work through, and he definitely went the extra mile for me. We always complain when things don't go our way...so I thought it was important to say Thank you Ahmad for great customer service!!!

Love this Metro location Ahmad is so helpful and I have recommended him to friends and family. No matter the issues I have with my phone my confidence in Ahmad beats any previous phone carrier. Been going through Metro going on little over 8 years. My fiance got me a new phone 4 days ago and I like the new features ?Thanks for Serving us loyal customers and know that your appreciated man.
