Went here today to get a new phone and it was great. I bought a Samsung Galaxy A14 and I love it. I was helped by Mo and he is very good at his job and his service was speedy and efficient.

Guy at the counter was working his butt off. He was the only employee there and he had to keep changing between english for me and Spanish for the other customers. He helped me quickly without any problem. Recommend

The young man did his best to get me the phone I wanted for a good price. Just wish I would have had more money to get a better phone. Left AT&T so couldn't be happier. Plus the service is not that bad. Customer service is great.

Wayne Was Very nice and Knowledgeable about everything we asked about. Unfortunately for him, I had to have him Re-Explain a few things. But he definitely didn't seem to mind repeating himself. So we're going to be switching to Metro by T-Mobile. Especially because our present Carrier has neglected to fix numerous issues with my Brand New Phone, and I've been trying to get things done for almost 6 months to no corrections to any of the issues. So I Hesitantly start a new relationship with Another Phone provider, Praying that our phones and Data plan don't let us down. The store was clean, neat and open. It was a little bit darker than I personally like, but it's not just about My tastes. We're all in this together.
