I recommend MetroPCS at 800 MLK Jr. St SE to anyone looking to purchase wireless service for an existing cellphone, or to acquire a new cellphone with affordable wireless service. Marvin is a 100% straight-shooter and is super knowledgable; he went way above and beyond to help me. Absolutely Top notch customer service.

so I called looking for a smart phone that don't make me look like suck...yuck...and Brett words so instantly without hesitation was brilliant. Didn't get the phone but got thee best intangible customer service and a great laugh. simple call for information and suggestions allow Mr. Brett to show how quick he is on his feet. lol

I have had 2 times where we needed unusual help for a client of my husbands. Nate is amazing and went the extra mile to provide great customer service. It was the type of support that we rarely see these days and is so much appreciated. He was amazing.He deserves kudos for the way he does his job.

Joseph's help was amazing. I didn't feel rushed, pushed into something I didn't want or need and received great help getting an awesome phone for a ridiculously good price. Joseph asked what I needed/wanted/what I use my phone most for and guided me to the one that best suited what I wanted instead of trying to sell my on the most expensive phone.Hands down best place to get honest and friendly customer service when it comes to upgrading/getting a new device!! Thanks again for all your help!

My husband and I made the transfer yesterday from Boost Mobile to Metro and Vee was extremely helpful and friendly. It only took her roughly 15 minutes to transfer both of our numbers to Metro. At first she didn't think she had two of the phones we wanted and was about to have us go to a different location but she then went and checked in back and she had two of them. The coverage is amazing! A lot better than Boost Mobile.

Yeah the employee was extremely rude to me and was unwilling to assist me with my phone terrible service ? never will use this carrier again
