Very professional work. I came to activate a new phone switching from Boost. I wanted a specific phone but got a very honest deep meaningful opinion from Jade the worker there, and got an even better phone with good GB and camera quality. I got a good deal on the Samsung A21 and walked out paying under $100- case and screen protector includeddddddddddd . 10 out of 10 would recommend this metro store to my friends. Very caring customer service, genuinely wanted to help me & took her time getting me the best phone for me.

This is the only corporate Metro PCS location in Grand Rapids, FYI. All other stores are "authorized dealers" and have limitations on what services they can provide. The employees at this location are wonderful. They've all been there several years and are truly knowledgeable. I've always been able to come in with a question and leave with a solution. I cannot say enough about how great the customer service is here! I've used Metro PCS for years. Now that they're owned by T-Mobile it just means better, more wide-spread service with the same reasonable pricing. 10GB data plans are only $40/month.
