My wedding band set was made here. I took it in because a diamond fell out of the middle channel set. When they sold the ring their selling point was the durability of the channel set. I’ve had the ring for 6 years so they no longer guarantee their mount and wanted to charge me for the diamond and repair. I was told their jewelry is like a car and the wear and tear is my responsibility and I could have damaged it by hitting it on the washing machine! WOW! This is bad business in my opinion.

Just met a woman in Boston and had to ask about her pendant, she’d earrings to match, Absolutely exquisite. She then showed me a reset engagement stone he did - Magnificent. I’ve been sitting on a few old stones and think I’ve found the guy to set them.

I came into the shop with a design for a custom engagement ring. The shop staff was kind, learned about my Catholic faith to participate in the design, and they communicated clearly and often about design choices that needed to be made and the progress they were making. They took great care with family diamonds that I entrusted them with and my fiancé (and everyone else) was blown away by the ring.

Called a week before my wedding needing a prong moved on my engagement ring as I noticed it had shifted. Sent pictures through email and they said they could do it no problem! Took it in and they fixed it in under 5 minutes and many other jewelry shops were booking 2-3 weeks out for repairs which I did not have time to wait! They were SO awesome and helpful! Really appreciate their work!!

Very kind, honest, and helpful staff. I took my ring here, that was purchased from another jeweler, to be fixed and they were quick, very helpful, and did a beautiful job. They honestly think about what is best for their customers and are not just thinking about the bottom line.

This place is fabulous! They fixed my antique necklace in 3 seconds for free. They're incredibly friendly and they gave my kiddo a ring pop. They made my day ❤️

I will go back to Metal Art Studio for any jewelry issues. They were amazing to work with and honest. I had spoken to over ten other places and all refused to help. Metal Art Studio was not only was willing to take a look but had multiple options for repair. They did the repair and it was perfect! Highly recommend!

I have a background in design, so naturally I wanted to design the wedding rings for my upcoming wedding. After describing our design ideas to a few jewelers around Grand Rapids, we were pointed to Metal Art Studio. "They work with more organic concepts" we were told.Carol and Scott have been amazing through the creation of our rings. In our initial meeting, we told them our budget and they laid out the process and told us what it would cost to fully develop our rings from scratch. We decided on a pebble concept after seeing a ring that Scott, who is the main jeweler and owner, had created for retail sale. After getting our initial design drawings, he cleaned them up and drew options to scale for our review.We chose an option, suggested minor revisions and then finalized the design. We were even able to select which diamonds we wanted through their supplier's online diamond portal. After we made down payments, Carol and Amy, who handle the customer service side of Metal Art, gave us a timeline of 6 to 8 weeks. They not only delivered on time well ahead of our wedding, but my fiancé's ring was completed under budget! ??? Now I can't wait to see my ring!

My necklace got caught in my hair this morning I've had it since I was 21 years old so I got on Google and look for the nearest jewelry repair shop closest to me and they popped up so I went 5-minute Drive took about 10 to 12 minutes for them to fix my necklace they were very polite and friendly the I will definitely visit again.

I received a pair of earrings from JC Penney as a gift and I needed one repaired after the back had broken off. They fixed my earring for half the cost that JC Penney quoted me on. I was very particular in the new post I needed and it worked out perfectly. They were very helpful! So glad I can wear my earrings again!

One of the links on my necklace kept popping open, and they got me patched up and out the door in under 10 minutes. I would have been happy to leave it there for a month of that's what it took, but the speed AND peace of mind knowing it's not going to break again is worth more than the $29 I paid (which, omg, what a deal!)

My wedding ring was pretty mangled from a small accident at work and poor communication with a past jeweler where the 3 bands were fused together in the wrong order. My husband took my set into Metal Art Studio to replace the main setting and rearrange the bands. One had to get replaced and they found a great match! Communication and quality were top notch and I am so happy to have my ring back. Huge thanks to Carol for being so warm and kind, and to the rest of the team for fixing my ring with so much care. (Shoutout to Sparkles ✨ ?)
