This place is not to be trusted. Do not give them money unless you get your products in store. I payed $150 for products was supposed to be order and delivered to my home. Six months lather I'm still waiting. Have called them several times left emails and they do not answer the phone or return my phones calls. Will be taking to to small claims court.

The best price in West Michigan for Merle Norman. I got turned on to it when I was in High school but was to young to wear makeup now that I do this is almost all I wear. I've since moved to Minnesota and I can't find on Merle Norman anywhere. Luckily this place will ship it to me no problem!

I have been coming to this Merle Norman and seeing Kim for years. She is very knowledgeable with what products will work for your skin type and the best in color suggestions. She will take her time with you and will never pressure you to purchase something that you won't need. Fantastic customer service and she won't make you feel rushed like some department stores do.
