Staff are polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Same with the pharmacists. All Meijer, pharmacies are about the same. Just depends on the location. Although I do prefer knaps corner and 10 mile road pharmacies because they're typically cleaner and less chaotic environment.

I have seen in the past mixed reviews for this pharmacy. Despite the fact they are frequently quite busy I've had good service here. I had some questions related to a new prescription (issue was with my healthcare providers office) and "Erik" looked into the matter and did a great job of communicating the situation to me and how it can be resolved.

Listen, I absolutely adore Meijer, but the pharmacy at this location needs a bit of help on how to handle prescriptions. I feel like I have to call every month, on 1 of the prescriptions I get filled here. I'm on a 28 day supply (which is annoying, because my others are a 30 day supply, so I can't do them all at once, which is actually Priority Health's issue, because they won't do a 30 day script for this particular med... thanks Priority), but my prescription always seems to be renewed on the weekend, so I have my doctor call it in on a Thursday typically, because sometimes the doctors office takes a couple days to process it. So when I'm headed to pick up my 28 day script from the store, Meijer says it's not ready, but in the app it says it's filled but they didn't release it (which I agree with 110% on controlled medications, no pharmacy should release them early) but when I get there, the prescription is not filled AT ALL, and I have to remind them to refill it because it's the 28th day (they say it's in the system, but it was just put in my profile). I literally have to do this once a month on 1 of my prescriptions......it would be nice if you could either do a live chat or send them a message instead of having to call all the time, because I know pharmacies are COMPLETELY overwhelmed. I just hope they can fix their system sometime soon. I think this would also take some headaches off for their pharmacy staff as well. I work at a hospital, so I have empathy for the staff trying to deal with the influx of patient needs and the overwhelming of the healthcare system. Not to mention its the winter cold/flu season.

Save your time and go somewhere else. They are not helpful and when you call into ask questions they literally pick up the phone and hang up. I called back 3 times to make sure it wasn't in error and every time they would answer and then hang the receiver back up. To the Pharmacist: If you're that busy, PLEASE AT BEST be professional and put me on hold while you finish whatever is is that has you so frazzled. Repeatedly hanging up is rude and unprofessional. I won't be back.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews like this for places, but I have experienced some abysmal customer service from a Pharmacist working the drive-thru today. She was incredibly rude as I was explaining to her that I was picking up for a prescription refill that my doctor’s office explained was supposed to be ON FILE with this pharmacy. As I was trying to explain this to the Pharmacist, she proceeds to cut me off, and redirect me back to my doctor’s office about the matter

Really bad experience, the pharmacy tech are inexperienced and are not at all customer friendly. Made me feel as if I had done something wrong by using insurance to cover my prescription and as if I had made their job difficult by having insurance from a company which they don’t like.

Simon at the register could not have been more pleasant. The woman working at the other register was also very nice to her client. Service was very quick. Prescription was ready and filled properly.
