I will call in my meds and when I pick them up a day or 2 later, they are not in most the time. The staff can also be very rude. Today the card readers were not working and the man just dismissed me after asking if I had cash and said no. No offering of an ATM or cashback or anything.

Because of the type of RX, I have to call and speak to someone to refill my RX. I try to call when its not as busy, I am always on hold for long periods of time before someone picks up..if they pick up

Half the time the staff doesn’t know what they’re doing and it’s a LONG wait. Other times, it’s really fast!
