The actual pharmacy does a good job, I’ve been using this pharmacy for years, nearly 30 years to be exact, however, today for the first time on the phone I was treated very poorly with the way Jennifer (not the one who’s worked there forever it was a different Jennifer on the phone ) spoke to me. I hope the calls are recorded and they hear the tone of voice she used towards me. Other than today’s call, I have had good experiences with Meier pharmacy on Clyde Park.

The only positive thing I can say about this pharmacy is that the usually are fully stocked on all my prescriptions and mines are not easy to find that is why I continue to refill at this pharmacy but lines are always long the staff will hold up the line to have conversations about everything else besides prescriptions or anything that is in thier job discrimination drive through always slow they never give accurate time frames for pickup the pharmacist don't give accurate refill dates nor do the other staff non friendly service and very inconsiderate i could go on but needless to say if your looking for your prescription its most likely in-stock hear just be advised you will experience all these issues during the refill and pick up process hope this helped

No positive customer service whatsoever. Expect to be hung up on, either when you’re on hold, or even if you’re trying to ask for help and they’re just done listening.

Consistently awful. Never have the correct information, never gets the correct refills, inventory is always slacking. They have made me go without meds for long time because of mistakes they’ve made.

Pretty simple process. Dropped off prescription, said I’d be back in 4 hours and it was ready. Download the Meijer Rx app and sign up for phone communication so you can see if your Rx is ready before you just drive up there. Get involved with your healthcare and don’t wait last minute for a medication you take “every single day.” If you have questions about insurance pricing call your insurance company since they dictate your healthcare coverage. This is a pharmacy, not a fast food chain. ?
