I have only had positive experiences with this pharmacy and it’s workers. I have a prescription that is a pain to fill, and very expensive. Without me even needing to ask, the pharmacy techs do their best to find coupons to bring down my cost (after insurance) and are always kind if I call with a question. On more than one occasion, I’ve been able to leave my doctor’s office in Rockford and call on the way and a prescription is ready while I’m already out on the road. I’ve never had a less than friendly experience in the drive through pickup.

My prescription is a controlled substance and this pharmacy manages to botch it every single time.I was out of town and wanted to make sure I could get my prescription on the weekend when I returned home. So I proactively called the pharmacy to check if they had a prescription on file. I did this on a Thursday to ensure that I could call my doctor if they had not called it in. The pharmacy representative specifically said yes, call on Saturday and they will fill the prescription they had on file. So I did so, only to find out they never had a prescription on file and I would have to wait until my doctor called it in. Because of this careless mistake I now will not receive my mental health medication and will have a three day lapse, dangerously affecting my mental health.I would not recommend ever using this pharmacy.The most recent mistake made by this team was my last straw and now I will not be using this pharmacy for any of my family members again. COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE FROM THE PHARMACIST TO THE TECHS.

Extremely quick and convenient. This is my number 1 pharmacy next to the Veterans Administration Clinic's pharmacy out in Wyoming MI.

They used to be open 24 hours and now it's just whenever they feel like it. Meijer used to care about its' customers, but now they only care about the money. You can also see this in how they maintain their stores. Unless it's a higher income Meijer, they don't stock it, clean it, or care about it.

I wish I could give negative star rating! They do NOT bill insurance correctly! Treat customers with 0 respect! I sent my prescription to be picked up here and when I got there they wanted me to pay for it even though it have never had a problem getting them before. I have 2 types of insurance and the both cover my prescription together! when I said nevermind I won’t pick it up I actually just decided to call the doctor and have them Send it elsewhere. well now my insurance won’t cover it because apparently I already picked it up! So meijer was trying to charge me on top of billing my insurance and now I have to figure out how to get the meds I need because they don’t know what the hell they are doing at this location! Very messy

I was buying my xarelto and I was getting charged $450 for 3 months supply, I switched to Costco and I got charged $200 for 3 months supply. Don’t buy anything from meijer pharmacy they always over charge. They do that because they own the market.Meijer stop overcharging people.

Pharmacist I called lost my electronic Prescription from the doctors office. Took them 2 days to find it.

I have called several times since 10am this morning, and have yet to speak to someone. They either don't answer, answer and put you on hold before you get a word out, or pick up and hang up. I assist in the care for a disabled family member and going up there to be told a prescription is still not ready, is ridiculous. Especially when the prescription was refilled a day earlier and the overall importance of this medication. If you don't like your job, go somewhere else. Meijer pharmacy is not the only job that gets busy; therefore, stop using that as an excuse.

The wait time at this pharmacy has skyrocketed. I can't remember the last time I wasn't in line for over 15 minutes. It would be one thing if it was simply customers having lots of questions for the pharmacist, but it seems like they just don't staff appropriately. The staff are nice and usually efficient, but they are clearly over-worked and worn out.

Terrible pharmacy, terrible pharmacists. I have been with them for about 5 years now and this past year has been just terrible. Every time I call to refill my prescription they never have it ready on the time they tell me to pick it up. frustrating I would not recommend to get your medication prescribed if it is crucial you take your medication everyday. Due to never pharmacy I have not been regularly taking my medication for the past six months.
