Awful customer service! Absolutely no help. You ask a question you get looked at like They don't understand what you're saying. Begrudgingly the gentleman, both of them pulled away from what they were doing to help me find something. Whatever happened to customer service? Get it together Meijer because you suck. This is why I don't shop there and I tell all my family not to as well

I have had so many--big & small issues with the Alpine pharmacy. It was very disheartening & unfortunate, & I have several medications I have to take daily. But, I love Meijer & convenient because I pick up my prescriptions when I'm grocery shopping. So, I decided to try & branch out & go to the next closest Meijer pharmacy to me, on Plainfield. Wow, what a great choice--no regrets & soo helpful, kind, courteous, reliable, helpful, responsible & organized--everyone & everything from the pharmacist & all of their employees there. I'm honestly on my way there now from a doctor's appt! I know I can trust them & never anything to worry about. Thanks my favorite Meijer pharmacy team! Model behavior ❤️ & keep up the great work & helping take such good care of me & so many in our lovely community ?

Started a new prescription. They shorted me pills. Ended my bottle and tried to refill via app, but it says I have no refills available. My bottle says I have refills until 2024....

they mess stuff up more often than they get it right. this time they forgot a medication and didn’t notice until too late. pharmacy closed, dr office closed. hope my wife doesn’t die tonight

Whomever was working the drive thru today was extremely rude and dismissive. Told me I HAD to come inside after waiting in the drive thru, I had to wait even longer bc she made me come inside
Then the desk person that helped me said I could've Just come through the drive thru.
I've never come inside to get my things.
She made me feel extremely discriminated against bc she only said I had to come in after she found out my meds. My meds which are non narcotic and unscheduled class wise.
And now she's being rude to the workers helping me.
I think her name is Sarah, idk

Just got off the phone with one of the ladies who work in the pharmacy and she told me that the nasal spray I needed for my 1 year old was available to buy over the counter instead of helping me get what was prescribed by the doctor for my child after she said it wasn’t in stock. Not helpful whatsoever, and also rude about it.
