Awful
You can't even go inside 24/7. This ruins the purpose of 24/7. During the winter you make us freeze our butts off to pay for the gas and we can't go inside to cool down during the summer or warm up during the winter and get water or anything from the inside but maybe cigarettes or a lottery ticket from the window when it is closed

So the store itself is amazing HOWEVER THE STAFF IS TOO BUSY EATING AT THE REGISTERS TO SCAN YOUR ITEMS YOU HAVE TO SPIN EVERYTHING SO THEY CAN SCAN IT, ALSO ONLY WAS TAKING MONEY WITH ONE HAND, AND BASICALLY THREW THE CHANGE INTO MY HAND ALL BECAUSE HE WAS TOO BUSY EATING HIS FOOD.. CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS ABD SHAMEFUL ON MEIJERS TO HIRE SUCH PEOPLE TO WORK AT THE FORE FRONT OF THEIR STORE.

This is not open 24 hours! You can get gas and that’s it. They close the doors at midnight so you can not use a restroom, you can not browse a shelf. You just have to magically know what you want and you can buy it outside at a window. On top of that, the people working are INCREDIBLY rude. I will not be back here. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

MPerks hasn't worked at the pumps for months, and after being told that I could apply mPerks by paying inside I still had to call customer service to get them applied to account. The opposite of convenience.

I go here often on my way to work because its the only gas station close. Customer service is usually slow and terrible. Line all the way to the back of the store and only one cashier who was new. He calls Gina to help from the back and she tells him she has to finish wrapping sandwiches first. I will go out of my way to go to Speedway next time.

Michelle was super helpful today! She helped me process the payment for gas, which may not seem like a big deal- but the system you guys use wasn't working well, and kept declining my card. Michelle stayed calm and had to try processing my card multiple times until it finally worked. I really appreciate her patience and kindness.thanks Michelle!!

Waited 25 minutes for the nightshift worker to come to the counter to help us through the window. Hit the button many times, even banged on the window LOUDLY. He was back in the food prep area and never once even looked at the front of the store to see if he had people waiting(which he did) there were 4 of us there and myself and 1 left without anything.

the big guy refused to sell me a backwood because i was with my 9 year old daughter. and instead of being nice about it he called me “mate” and yelled in front of the entire store saying i was buying them for my 9 year old.

Curly haired very tall dude always acts like everyone's existence is the biggest inconvenience to him. I've never seen such a dramatic gas station employee before. Literally every time I go there (which is pretty often) this guy is having some kind of disaster that in his head gives him the right to be a complete total d*ck to every customer. It's gotten to where if I see him there, I won't buy anything. His attitude will suck the joy out of the entire room. Meijer should fire this dude, he suuuuuuuucks.
