“I came to the lab on a Saturday morning to get labs for my 6 year old son. My son has anxiety and was very scared. The phlebotomist Juan JM was AMAZING with my son. He made him feel brave and at ease. He continually reassured him and kept telling him how awesome he was doing. Highly recommend going on a Saturday with Jain for kids”
“I arrived at 7:00, checked in and was the only one waiting for the lab. Kim was efficient and I was done in 10 minutes. Wonderful!
However - on the way out, I talked to the intake people about the broken revolving door. I had noticed the caution tape blocking the door when I drove up - wondering if it was a crime scene. I was told that the door has been broken since October, 2024! It is now the end of May, 2025! All construction on this state of the art building seems to be complete - except for repairing the revolving door! Corewell, you can do better!”

“Wait time was fairly long but the staff was amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable. Tested for strep (positive) quickly and results were in quick. Had an X-ray of my finger and that was also done quickly.”
