Unfortunately, my experience with the staff the past two times has not been wonderful. Today, when inquiring about a non-returnable item, the sales associate hardly made eye contact and responded to me between sips of her Stanley. It would have been nice of her to try and assist me on finding something else, but instead I felt extremely judged and left without a word. Super disappointed in the quality of human regard this store is representing.

Love the store, but would like a men’s section. I think a lot of guys would buy a pair of jeans if there was a section in the store. Maybe just expand and make the store bigger.

Great store in a nice location. I didn’t get their names, but the girls who were working the closing shift today were absolutely so kind and helpful. I came in with only minutes to spare until close and they did everything they could to help me choose a dress for a wedding this weekend. Great experience. Thank you so much!! :)

I called my locl Madewell to check on inventory after my online order was cancelled because it was sold out! Yikes! The associate, Lindsey, who helped me was friendly, efficient and professional....And this was the Sunday after Black Friday - so they were busy! I told her I would gladly do the calling to find my boots. She found my item in several locations and said to call her back if I needed more phone numbers. I found it! Extraordinary customer service! Thank you, Lindsey!!!
