This is a horrible salon. The manager is rude and unprofessional. She was mean to my elderly mother. She used to be nice. Not anymore. The salon isn’t very clean either. Run the other way!!! We will never return. Ever.Services: Pedicure

I used to go to this lady that owned the shop but never would I ever go there again I called today to get a fill in and the nail fixed and she told me no and I said well maybe another day if not today and she said no and hung up on me so the WORSE SERVICE EVER!!

I only had to wait 5 mins and they quoted me the price I paid with extra for my design. My nail tech was quick but efficient and did the best job I’ve had in a nail salon since I’ve lived in Grand Rapids!! I LOVE MY NAILSServices: Nail art

I walked in with no appointment and I was told a 5 minute wait, totally fine. It ended up being a 15 minute wait. I just needed a nail fix and an acrylic fill with shellac polish, I wanted "french tips". My nails are very thick, to the point that they hurt because there is so much acrylic on them and they are not smooth at all. There are several spots on each nail that have dips or bumps because they were not filed properly. My "french tips" look terrible and they are already chipping (my nails were just done on Friday), I pay extra for the shellac so it will last longer and I will have to go somewhere else now and pay more money to have them fixed. I was charged $50 for something that should have been $35-$40 at the most. I will not be returning or recommending them to anyone. I should have known better when I walked in and the sign said NO REFUNDS, red flag right there.Service: Acrylic nails

Due to another appointment just communication because we would have went somewhere else. Also,she said didn't listen to my child they use heaters instead of fans and my child said it's to hot. Very disappointing.Service: Pedicure
