They Go out of their way to help! Even travelled up to Shelby and Muskegon to assist! Maria is the owner and she attends the big Tax Forums every year...so besides her 20 plus years of knowledge and experience she knows her stuff! Honestly I think that the walk ins can be overwhelming but her staff does their best to help. You'll see her daughters there also! Nice ladies! Businesses can go through roller coasters but I've never seen them not be there! You can give them a call but I've learned that TEXTING or EMAILING them your name number and concern is quicker. They speak both English and Spanish. They're estimates are FREE! Maria is fare and honest! She does offer paper returns where you can mail off your Docs. Why not ?! Price is fare and you can see to it's sent off yourself! Yes! She does EFILE! as well! Maria has not been credited enough for all she's done in the community when it comes to tax returns. Small little location with big hearted folks! I assure you. You'll feel comfortable with them. Maria M Lopez has been there for over 10 yrs! Make sure you step in the corner glass door...there are several SUITES IN THE building. Anna and Ellie will be there most of the day ask them if you're at Lopez Tax Service! Tell them YELP sent you. Lol This is Anna by the Way! We Look forward to meeting/seeing you. Tax stuff can be ehhh for some people so come on over and let us take care of you! We're back !!

THIS IS THEEE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE ANY PERSON SHOULD EVER SET FOOT IN!! Just because I can't give zero stars otherwise I would.. I don't even do my taxes here and just by going in there raised RED FLAGS . I went to accompany my boyfriend They not only put wrong information but the 1040 was completely off ,wrong names and numbers everywhere!! which According to “Ms. Lopez†it's not a big deal but that's not what the actual PROFESSIONALS (IRS & other tax preparers stated ) ....we waited 3!!!!! HOURS just to get told NONSENSE! Outta her mouth...save yourself the hassle and waisting money and TIME! And dealing with UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!!

Fui a acompañar a mi novio. ¡No solo pusieron información incorrecta, sino que el 1040 estaba completamente apagado, con nombres y números equivocados en todas partes! que de acuerdo con "la Sra. López "no es un gran problema, pero eso no es lo que dicen los PROFESIONALES (IRS y otros preparadores de impuestos) ... esperamos 3 !! ¡HORAS solo para que te lo cuenten sin sentido! ¡Fuera de su boca ... ahórrate la molestia y el dinero de la cintura y el TIEMPO! Y lidiando con el SERVICIO NO PROFESIONAL !!!

My experience with this office was horrible. In none of the time I spent in this office getting my taxes done. I was never told that it will take 2 or more weeks to get my tax return. All of the other office that I went too, They we're right on the date. Do not file your taxes here. On top of all I got charge $40.00 for E-file to get my tax return. Go elsewhere people.. Update I called the IRS and they said that they don't know why tax prep are charging us to get our tax return in two weeks when it can take more than two weeks. I was charged $120.00 to get them in 2 weeks, And my taxes are taking 11 weeks more. The reason I went here is because the last lady that did my taxes told me I couldn't claim my step son who has lived with me since he was 2 month old. On top of all, I gave the lady my bank info to have my check direct deposit, And my check came in by mail.. Next year I will be buying turbo tax and do it my self.

No vallas con esta senora estafadora .... aparte de k duro mas De una semana para preparar mi taxas esta senora me kiso robar $1,000 De mi rembloso disiendo k ese dinero se gasto en fees y entre Los fees De ella.... k senora mas descarada mentirosa y estafadora ....
