*Update: I finally spoke to someone who found out what was happening, canceled all future transactions, and told me what I needed to do to get money refunded. They were very helpful.Set up a business account, closed it and was continued to be charged monthly for an account that was closed. I called, they said it was a mistake and they would refund it by end of business day. Refund hasn’t come through and it’s my 3rd time calling. I finally talked with

I’ve been banking with LMCU for my whole life, and just recently went to this location to apply for a credit card! Everyone was really kind, and they were able to answer whatever questions I had.They also gave me a lollipop despite being a grown adult which was lovely ☺️

I have been going to this bank since it opened up and the staff is always so nice and polite. I am shocked they have such bad reviews. Everyone here has been always so nice and helpful

We will be switching our loans and accounts to another bank as soon as we move back down state. Who freezes your account the day before thanksgiving because they are not communicating with each other within the branch? There is a reason they have only a 2.8 rating. Especially Malissa, will never answer her phone and send you straight to voicemail. My advice is go to another credit union.

I was at this branch a couple days ago and a lady was head of me and the teller was practically yelling back at her. Everyone in the lobby knew exactly how much money she had in her checking and savings after the transactions. She talked to her like she was stupid. She was not hard of hearing, elderly, etc.When she finished the transaction and turned to leave, the customer turned around and looked so embarrassed.LMCU...do better.

Went to get 1 dollar coin roll and teller told me the lady that had the keys was on break I had to wait or come back in half an hour. That is not professional at all. Won't be back here.

What a surprise today! I went in to pay on my credit card, and they offered to pay my minimum balance for me! Not only have they always offered me the best rates on car loans, and credit cards, they treat me to this act of kindness. Mind Blown! Thank you so much LMCU Plainfield!

So very sad that when customer service is so critical during this difficult time in our world, the Branch Manager would not give me the time of day. I have been a member since the late 70,s when it was the teachers Credit Union. Broke my heart.
