I have never been treated so mean and disrespted in my life. To tell me THEY WILL NOT ISSUE ME ( prescribed, by my pulmonary doctor) a battered operated portable oxygen machine, due to the fact my insurance company would only pay 40 $ a month and they would not make enough to justify a machine for my use! Just shocked to say the least. He also said it's it was up to lincare to decide whether I get one or not. As an oxygen machine is something I want not need. According to Lincare.

After waiting 2 weeks for a call, they tried to tell me I have a Medicaid spendown as my secondary insurance and my primary wants me to pay a monthly rental fee because my deductible isn't met. THIS IS NOT TRUE! They were going to make me pay for the machine. I called my doctor back, they looked up my insurance, and I DO NOT have a spend down. My primary insurance states my deductible has been met. They immediately sent my prescription somewhere else and I am working with them at no cost. Horrible company, the lady wouldn't listen to me. Don't recommend this company.

The staff was very helpful and professional. They answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Briana did a great job giving us the information that was needed to use the machine.

If I could give zero stars I would. Me and my husband left my feeding tube dependent daughter with his parents so we could have a weekend getaway (their house is an hour and 45 minutes from our house. Once reaching our getaway destination my in-laws reached out saying her pump only had one bar left and we had forgot to pack the charger. We reached out to Lincare for an emergency charger and after being passed around to 8 people we were told “sorry we can’t get a charger to you can’t your in-laws to pick it up”. So after being told my daughter is dependent on her pump and there was no other way to get her charger they pretty much said having no way to feed her wasn’t an emergency and it’s too hard to get one over the weekend. Monday we will be looking for a new provider.

I called in two days ago to schedule for a CPAP machine. I don’t remember his name, but the scheduler I spoke with was very nice and said he would ask the technician to give me a call back to schedule since my work hours are strange and she’d have to accommodate my schedule. This was fine. He told me my out of pocket cost, and I clarified I had Medicaid as secondary. He said oh okay, then you won’t have to pay anything.I missed the tech’s callback yesterday but called back this morning to schedule. The scheduler today put me on hold and the technician came on the line. She said since I had United Health primary, and Medicaid secondary, I’d have to pay for the machine and supplies until my deductible is met, at which point the Medicaid will start to cover the machine.This has never been the standard for any care I have received with Medicaid as secondary. Not for prescriptions, surgery, regular office visits, etc. I clarified with the tech and asked if she was sure, her tone took a turn and I said as a Medicaid patient, I can’t be charged cash. She said this is the way it is. I said well you’re wrong, and I won’t be scheduling with you.I didn’t have this issue a year ago with the same insurances. A year ago I was told Medicaid would pick up the rest of the cost. What has changed within a year?

Briana, Briana, Briana - she was amazing! She was very helpful and sooo patient with me. She definitely cares about people! Knowledgeable, compassionate, friendly and fun with a smile. My experience with Lincare specifically, is too new to rate.

While the initial person I spoke with was helpful, that is where my good experience ended... I was told two weeks for a machine, two weeks ago and cannot even get a call back. I spoke with someone who checked with the CPAP tech and they said probably another 2 weeks! They never bothered to call back despite my inquiries. The great thing was when I discussed transferring my script to a competitor who can meet my needs, the representative at least told the truth and said it may be a good idea. DONE!

Helpful. Took time to explain the costing to me. my insurance is actually overcharging for the equipment since mine is a high deductible program I’m actually paying 2x what it would cost me if through Insurance plan. 10 payments of $150. I used my flex account to buy it outright (~$800) since I won’t hit my deductible.Figured out the same thing with expendables, if I don’t hit my deductible I can buy them cheaper outright if I shop for them online

Horrible customer service. Called 4 days ago for issues with new cpap. Called everyday since then. Still haven’t had issue fixed.

Had to call 4 times to get my moms cpap supplies. After 1 month, finally got most of what she needed, just called because we are missing a hose....wonder if it will be 1 month again. Meanwhile it's being held together with duct tape.... Way to help out the elderly!

Warning! Office and billing department employees do not know how to do their jobs. Office does not follow through with orders and billing department puts blame on others about information given out and then questioned by customer. The delivery tech was great and did his job well!

I was given two choices by my doctor and am so glad I chose Lincare. I was a little reluctant because there were some negative reviews for Briana but it was really close to my work so figured I would try it out. It is 100% evident that Briana knows her equipment in and out and can expertly help you find the right match for your needs. She has personal experience with the products and made the experience the best it could have been. I've been given poor reviews at work by people that lets say, wouldn't have a good experience with anyone. Sometimes you make it what it will be!Pleased!
