After living in Grand Rapids for over 20 years I’m thankful I finally found a great shop. Everyone was very professional and kind. Steve explained the issues they found and answered all of my questions. This is our only car and they were able to finish the repairs the same day and at a reasonable price.
I also talked with the owner, Andy, and shared how impressed I was with the website and text reminders from such a small shop. He explained how they strive to keep up with the times and how far they’ve come since he bought the shop from the original owner 17 years ago.
I will be bringing my car here from now on and recommending them to anyone who needs a good, trustworthy shop.

Nice shop. Legacy Auto-Tech resolved my issues within my budget. I've had a few things done here and I will be back. I'm not totally incompetent with working on vehicles and I appreciated the honesty at Legacy Auto-Tech. They didn't pressure me into replacing a bunch of things I didn't need to have replaced.

took one look at my miles and engine and said i needed a new engine which has already been replaced when i got a second opinion they took the belt off the AC compressor and it started right back up.

They were not the typical mechanics that I run into who refuse to talk to a woman about what’s wrong with their vehicle in detail. They were so informative and helped me understand the issues rather than blowing me off. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that! I had a mechanic once tell me that the part I was inquiring about was “under the car”…. Legacy took the time to pull up photos and fully explained my issue without bias. Again, I really appreciate you guys.
