Today was my first time really shopping for clothes since having my baby earlier this year. I stopped by Lee & Birch today; my first visit ever. I picked out some pieces to try on, but couldn’t fit my baby stroller in the fitting room. The woman working was happy to set me up in the restroom to try on clothes, which had much more space for me to bring my baby in. She also offered great styling ideas and helpful opinions on the clothes I tried on, and picked out more outfits for me once I figured out what sizes and fits I liked. I left with several new garments that I feel great in :) it was so nice of the worker to be so accommodating and helpful!

Bought a dress at Lee and Birch a little less than a year ago and one of the threads that held a metal clasp broke right away while trying to situate my bra underneath the dress. Extremely surprised how easily this thread broke especially given that I was not tugging aggressively or pulling on the metal clasp or thread in any way. Never worn this dress out and already ruined. Might try and repair on my own but extremely cautious to go back to this store again. Super bummed :/

Raving fan forever! I called the Wealthy St. store last night at 5:50pm, stuck in traffic downtown needing an outfit for a dinner event. Tia (hopefully spelled right) pulled me a selection of options, stayed open for me to get there and helped throw together an adorable outfit for me to match my pants and boots. She suggested a great top, jacket and necklace. I walked out of the store in less than 15 minutes ready to entertain. Thank you for going above and beyond! This is what customer service is all about! ?????

I started shopping at Lee and Birch online over COVID despite living right around the corner from them for years ! They have fabulous quality and wonderful FRIENDLY staff. Their price points range and have awesome sidewalk sales throughout the year. So if you’re looking for a deal, that’s the time to go. People complaining about them being too expensive apparently think they need to sell things for free and not make a profit as a small business. I will continue to support them as a local GR resident.

Very nice shop with decent clothing, pretty pricey though. I came in about 30 min to close and the woman working was on a personal phone call, which wasn’t a big deal but she also kept pulling her face mask down below her chin even when I was within 6 ft of her. It made me very uncomfortable.
