I didn't realise that I needed an appointment, Bill looked at my printer anyway. Found what the problem was an ordered the part. When the part came in I scheduled an appointment with him. I spent less that $100 dollars in getting my printer fixed. Was expecting it to cost a whole lot more.He spent less then an hour repairing it. I highly recommend him.

I had several questions about 3 laser printers and he is a wealth of information and experience. His answers brought him no profit, but was just what I needed. The Printer Guy is the only guy I will call in the future. He’s great and you will like him, too..

I was visiting in town Grand Rapids in Michigan. My printer was not printing in suddenly. And I found Bill, he is very understanding about printer machine works and very knowledgeable. Very responsive and professional. I was thought I have to buy the new printer, save me $350 ??????. I’m really recommend Bill if you around area. One thing I love about Bill, he is quick and really get into work to help customers !!! Thank you again Bill !

He did a great job fixing my printer/ scanner. A lot cheaper than buying a new one and was done in 1 day!

Bill was a very friendly and knowledgeable service tech. My Epson printer has been stored for a few years and unfortunately there’s not a lot that can be done to recover it due to print heads drying up, which Bill was very straight forward about and didn’t want to waste either of our time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for some quick advice or for someone with a lot of knowledge around printers.

I inquired if my Inkjet printer could be fixed via email. Bill reached out and said, let's chat about the problems. I called him and he was helpful, clear and gave me good direction on what my next steps should be.I appreciate his expertise!
