I visited Land Rover at Grand Rapids for a required service and was very impressed by the Service Department, Dave is exceptional in explaining everything prior and during and even after the work was completed, the showroom was immaculate and great coffee, my defender was returned cleaned and I was on my way. 5 star treatment!

I had an emergency while traveling out of town, my window would not go up and I had a 3 hour drive home, possibly in the rain. The service center was extremely helpful. They didn’t have a replacement motor on hand, but they had someone stop what they were doing to take my door apart and get the window up so I could drive home. They were an absolute life saver!

Brought a Range Rover Sport in for service 3 weeks ago Dave service manager called saying 02 sensor was bad then a fuel injector was bad, then he said check engine light was still on so they dug back into it and now another injector was bad. Ok I picked up vehicle 1st time restarting vehicle check engine light came back on. I called warranty they told me Dave had never contacted them in regard to warranty coverage. I paid outta pocket for repairs that weren't complete and where covered by warranty.

The service team at Grand Rapids JLR is fantastic! Their communication was excellent during my service visit and they made the transaction easy! My vehicle was spotless when I picked it up and it felt like a white glove experience!

Just bought my 3rd car from Brett. I like the cars, but the sales and service make it an easy choice to keep coming back. When I was in a pinch with service the dealership went way out of their way to help. Brett on the sales side is great to work with.

Once again Land Rover Grand Rapids did a fantastic job upon the arrival of my new Range Rover. I have now purchased 7 vehicles from them and each time it has been a great experience. Brian has helped me with every purchase and has been great. Paul has always been helpful in the process, and I have recently met Ross who I look forward to work with on understanding all the new technology. Thanks again!

Dave in the service department actually cares if you are happy and goes the extra mile to make sure you are. I have other luxury vehicles, but their service pales compared to Dave and Sharpe Land Rover. My SUV is always returned spotless to me, thank you Dave!
