Some people at LMCU are nice and help with anything you need others just seem to hate that you need help, but the worst thing about LMCU is that your account will get hacked every month and they do nothing to stop it from happening. This is the only place that claims to be a bank but does nothing to keep your money safe.

Stopped in to break a $20 for a local transaction. The teller refused, saying I needed to have an account there, and demanded to see my ID. Went across the street to 5/3, they gave me change no questions asked. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Absolutely appalled at how they treat women at this branch. I watched a lady being treated like a complete air head. Very disappointed in this day and age we have to do this to feel better about ourselves. Recommend another bank. I left this 6 months ago and they had it removed some how or another

I had a issue with a new employee and left 1 star. After I spoke with a District Manager (Deana), who contacted me the next day and was very helpful and understanding of the issue, I feel like my issue will be taken care of. I will continue to do business with this branch and will update my review based off my future interactions. Thanks again Deana

If you want to be berated and questioned about your personal life; bank here. I've been a member for over 16 years and I cannot believe how we were treated today, by THE ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER! There is no excuse for how she acted today. I sincerely hope she loses her job. Will be changing institutions as soon as possible. What really blows my mind is how you can be in such a position have such terrible customer service skills. She was extremely unprofessional and clearly needs some customer service training.EDIT: I would like to point out my original loan handler, Bryan, was AMAZING. And the only reason Im changing this from a 1 star review to a 3 is because he called me to apologize for their actions. While I think its probably policy to do so to try and save face it was a nice gesture.

Alex screwed up changing my auto pay on a loan it not only withdrew from the old account that over drafted. But when I went in to have it fixed again she got extremely rude and defensive because she screwed up and refused to admit her mistake. Terrible service. I will be paying off this account as fast as positive to avoid dealing with this bank.

A great place to bank! I've greatly appreciated their customer service and their quick responses to any matter. This location is around the corner from me and I enjoy going in whenever necessary. I obviously enjoy their 3% checking and have gotten multiple friends and family to make the smart switch.
