This place does not have the best customer service, and they are always a hassle to try to get a loan from.Great credit score have no problem getting loans from other financial institutions.I have stopped banking with them for a while now. I gave him a trial a little while back, and nothing has changed.Some of their practices, and the things they do are not kosher. they try to act holier than thou, by not accepting certain transactions from certain places.They know exactly what I’m talking about the rest of you.

I had nothing but an amazing experience at this location. It's my preferree LMCU branch. They're very helpful and friendly. The branch definitely deserves a better rating.

After a branch closed an joint account without my permission, I removed myself as a customer from this institution.LMCU made this process as tedious as possible, required phone call after phone call and was extremely rude while trying to wrap things up.

Would not allow me to deposit a check with my fiance into my account. We both had our IDs and they told us because we tried to deposit a check with both of our names on it we had to open a new joint account. They clearly only care about pressuring people to open more accounts even if it is inconvenient for the customer, we were on our lunch break and did not have time to spend opening another account to cash a check. We will open a joint account elsewhere to cash our check.

I really like LMCU but it is disappointing this location is the closest to meThere is ALWAYS a wait. I’m in line right nowThree tellers and only one person being helped… like I’ve been standing in line for over 15 mins to do a deposit with one person being helped and 3 tellers behind the bar

Can't get my own money!! 3k because they have to have enough for other people?? Doesn't makes sense at all, so call ahead, or be ready to get some there, some at the atm, then some at other branch.

I was there on the 05/02/19 to have some paperwork signed by a Notary Public. The cashier asked me to wait in their lobby/lounge (very quiet, comfortable area) and she’d notify the notary. I was met a few moments later by Angela Osborn, who greeted me warmly and took me back to her desk.

They are just getting too big. Customer service continues to decline. On hold times for phone calls are always over 30 minutes! They make changes to my account preferences without notifying me and then force me to waste my own time changing things back. They say the changes are a result of "upgrades" but offer no remorse for inconveniencing me. A sad commentary on how NOT to treat customers.
