Jeff, the loan officer, is top-notch! He really stands out because he does way more than expected. He's super knowledgeable about money stuff in real estate deals and always keeps everyone updated. He works hard to find the best loan options and solve any problems that pop up really quickly. He makes buying a home easier and better for everyone involved. Totally someone I'd recommend without hesitation!

The tellers in this branch are amazing, and do a great job. I made an appointment with the mortgage loan officer for knowledge on how to obtain a loan, and see what I needed to do to make it possible. The service in this department is awful. Jeff, who I met with, could not of been more disappointing. I walked in and there was a google search of my last name pulled up on his second computer. Not my actual credit report, or nothing regarding my finances. He didn’t take the time to go over any personal details just gave the basic common sense that I could find on google. That was completely a waste of my time and pretty offensive.

Had to go in because I had fraud done against my debit account. Losing $100 to Lyft rides for someone in San Francisco while I was working yesterday.Everything was fine until they forgot about me while they printed my card and looked at me while I sat there waiting for my card for 45 minutes. I was awkwardly looking at the woman who originally helped me for a long time. I was technically working so I called my boss and he suggested I go through the line again. Now I'm waiting behind 5 people in line still awkwardly looking. I'm 6'5",. It's pretty easy to notice me akwardly looking at you. I go through the entire line! Then I noticed a gentleman who came in about 10 minutes ago getting his card... I was upset. Then I was further pushed when the blonde woman with glasses sarcastically told me "thank you for waiting inline". I think she did it because she saw I was upset.I entered at 3:10 left at 4:05. Boss gave me the rest of the day off when I told what happened. Please respect our time! I don't care if you guys need to work and move slow but please don't just waste my time needlessly.Talk about feeling unwanted and unremarkable!

Long time LMCU member from back to the GRTCU days and this is a very nice facility inside and out. Quick Drive thru as well. No complaints and do not see the issues from other reviews. Friendly, thorough, efficient. Definitely Recommended.

LMCU's service is volatile. Half the time they are A+, half the time they are D-.My card was compromised - no big deal, they said they would ship me a new one and could "expedite" it. After waiting 6 days for the "expedited" card, I called up and they told me it would be delivered the next day. They gave me a tracking number at that time. The next day when I checked the tracking number, it indicated the shipment was cancelled by the sender. I called LMCU to discuss (now 7 days without a card) and they told me the shipment was cancelled due to the "design on the card no longer being valid." I didn't pick a design. Apparently the best they could do is just "expedite" me another card. This involves ordering a card at 9am, then they print it overnight, then the next day they go in an manually expedite the card. I'll be lucky if I get a working card within two weeks of the original card being compromised.This CU has some great perks and sometimes great service. Unfortunately, they aren't consistent or reliable enough to make this your primary financial institution.

I have been with this credit union for almost a year now and I have not had one problem with them. They helped me get my first vehicle loan as well as a credit card. Anytime I connect either on web chat or on the phone they explain anything I have questions about in detail. I will for sure be a lifer! <3
