I had a great experience at Labcorp. The gentleman who assisted me was so nice and personable! The process was quick and easy. I was in and out. Not sure why all the negative comments. Not a bad place at all!

When calling to schedule an appointment, the automated response says that an appointment is not needed the. Goes through all the appointment prompts. With it saying an appointment is not needed makes the caller assume that walk-ins are allowed. Not the case here. Wasted an hour of my day thinking I could do a walk in. When I called to speak with someone, it asked me to enter my remote ID number. Please fix this so people aren’t confused in the future, I am sure this hasn’t only happened to me.

Quick and easy. I never setup an appointment and always get seen in short order. They are excellent with the needles too. I like them much better than Quest.

This place was great. My provider really messed up. And Carla, I think her name was, did a fantastic job rectifying the mistakes - yea plural - mistakes that my provider made. She was juggling multiple check-ins and managed to provide over and above service to me. Great service.

Beware. They say they close at 4pm but I drove across town and arrived at 3:50pm to locked doors and a closed sign.

The website says no appointment no problem. I sat in the waiting room for a simple blood draw. Two hours later I left without getting my blood draw.

Made an appointment for 2pm and showed up on time. I had recieved both an email and a text message encouraging me to check in from my car as part of a "wait where you're comfortable" service that also stated I'd recieve a text message when it was my turn. I used this service and double then triple checked that I was checked in. After 20 minutes I went in and watched 3 people come in after me and be helped, but no one was at the front desk for me to ask for help. Finally caught someone about 30 minutes after my appointment time and it turns out they called my name but never sent me a text. Took 45 minutes for me to be seen. Here's the thing, in anticipation for a drug screen I made sure I was hydrated and by the time I got back to take the test I was miserable. Also, why offer services if they don't work? Very frustrating.
