Brian was the highlight of my day!!! I came in looking for an Equinox & this was the first dealership I stumbled upon & my experience could not have been better! Seriously. Everyone in that place was so welcoming, I didn't feel rushed or pressured & Brian went above & beyond to make sure I left happy & worked with me through everything. Went from having a 2005 & now I'm a happy owner of a 2021 Equinox.

If you go to Kool, you need to work with Bailey! He was so kind and personable. Negotiations aren't great on new cars at this time with interest rates and I was a little disappointed by that when chatting with the sales manager, but we will more than likely be back next year for our 2nd vehicle because of how much we liked Bailey!

I didn't get the chance to think very long about buying a new car when my previous one completely died on me...but thanks to recommendations from friends who sent me to Kool and the wonderful help of Brian K, I was able to buy a great used car that fit my needs and my budget. Brian was kind, listened to my needs, and didn't push me beyond my budget or pressure me unduly. Brian and Kool provided many small services that allowed this whole process to go smoothly. I hope to not be in this situation again too soon, but would definitely work with Brian in the future.
