I visited for an estimate and would have placed the body work with them if they could have met my schedule. They were recommended by the local RAM dealer who had just closed their own bodyshop.

Did the best job of ANY body shop I have ever been to! Had a few extra days because of wrong part issue but called and let me know. Would definitely recommend and will use again!

Only got an estimate here because my car was totaled. They were good to work with. Great communication and worked with my insurance company. No comments on quality of there repair work.

Koenes body shop does excellent work on cars. 5 star staffing and able to fix complex problems that no one else in the GR can complete.

I hit a deer with my Tesla. They did an excellent job repairing it, as good as new or better. Jeff kept me informed on progress all the way through it.

I wish i could give Koenes Auto Body a lot more than 5 stars!!! They did an amazing job fixing my car after I hit a large deer at 55 mph. John handled interactions with my car insurance company which was very nice! Koenes goes above and beyond with repair work and friendly courteous staff from beginning to end. Thank you so much for everything!

Horrible experience, would not recommend to anyone. Overall lack of communication during the entire process. Always had to follow up with them, they never took the initiative to communicate the status of my vehicle to me. Was told it would take 1 week and ended up being 3 weeks. Always had an excuse. Said they would cover additional days for rental car, but then tried to back pedal saying that they only agreed to cover 2 days.Service: Body & Trim

My car was stolen and had minor damage all over the vehicle. I was recommended to come here by a close friend of mine and I was very happy with the work that needed to be done. They got me in and out quickly and kept me updated as to what was going on during the repair process.

Koenes Auto Body was the only one who was able to fix my car and get me back on the road quickly. I was amazed! Not only was their turn around time the quickest, the service I received during the whole process put my mind at ease. My car looked great, like the accident never happened! I would highly recommend Koenes Auto Body!

Koenes is top notch, from the office staff, to the estimators, to the technicians, even their coordination with the insurance company. Excellent results, good as new. They even took an extra step, finding a brake problem that made the Jeep unsafe to drive. Although not in their normal realm of repairs, Koenes fixed it and I could drive it home. Great work. Highly recommended.
