I emailed customer service for help, they responded within an hour asking me for dimensions. I provided that and then I sent 3 follow up emails over the course of 8 days with zero response.

Horrible product that never is with in spec, employees forced to fix problems started by other departments, a non existing hr or customer service line. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else even if it means spending alittle bit more. You'll be happier

I just became aware of this company from the name on the key I found and if something has someone's name on it I believe to give it to the person it belongs to maybe they have been looking for it for years and are happy to have it back. Who knows?

I wanted to give 2.5 stars, exactly the halfway mark, can't do a half, so i'm making it a two star. that's not even fair because i haven't yet made my my purchase which is the point of the review. I was just about to process my order, not a major order, just about $500.00 when i thought i should read customer reviews. I'm glad i did. Customers reviews pointing to miserable customer service [something Very important to me] influenced me to cancel my order. The products I was ordering, standards and brackets are available through a multitude of manufacturers. K&G has a state of Michigan headquarters, it would be good to keep my business within the state…alas, the incredibly poor customer service reports are not serving your company well, I'm moving on. In response to your response: I honored your request and responded directly as you suggested. The "manager" has not acknowledged my email. Clearly, customer service is not this company's strong suit.

Great slides. But, their customer service isn't just lacking, it is non- existent. My effort several times to get any personnel on the phone were unsuccessful regardless of the number of voicemails I left. I sent many emails to their product support website, but had ZERO replies. We are a major manufacturer and could even get an acknowledgement that we tried to contact them. The best move for KV is to remove the contact phone number and email address for support as it only provides customers with a false hope of resolution. They are losing our business because of this.

Terrible customer service that over shadows a good product. We have several pull out shelves in our kitchen and decided to get another. Problem being our 20in double pullout cabinet organizer is missing the left slide. Tried repeatedly to get through to an actual person to no avail, left many messages with no response on both their website and phone line. I'd gladly tout the greatness of your product to anyone and everyone but unfortunately unable to do so with such a horrible experience with your customer service.

I did not have a good experience with knape and vogt there is no upper management there is no HR they say they are but they do nothing there is so much harassment there and that's why I say there is no HR, the bathroom are nasty dirty, the whole place is filthy they do not care about employees the worse place I have ever worked.

Supervisor on third shift harassment and nothing was done over 3 weeks and when your new and younger and a women trying to make a living and afraid to speak out .I was not and unfortunately I left .

The work isnt hard but the management is god awful. Lied about wage raises, hour changes and the assembly supervisor Auggie is probably the most disrespectful person I've had to work under. The team leads are generally good people but the main supervisor makes things much harder than they need to be

If a rating could be zero stars that is what I would've chosen. I left a message on Saturday about a shelf and bracket being sold at our local Ace Hardware that were not compatible. The shelf is 1/32" too thin to stay in the bracket, and the bracket is labeled to hold 200 lbs. I called this company again (since it is now Wednesday and no one has had the decency to call me back). I spoke to a product support rep. who was very polite, but after checking with the product manager (10 minutes on hold) he informed me they are aware of the issue and there is a millimeter tolerance in the shelf thickness since it is made in China. I told him that I expect a manufacturer to care that they sell products that are incompatible and as a consumer when I spend $8.99 on a laminated shelf and $14.99 on a bracket that goes with it I EXPECT it to work. He recommended we install the shelf with a thin piece of wood or cardboard under it. Wow!!! Since I have to essentially build my own shelf because your product is DEFECTIVE (and you don't care), I shouldn't have to pay full price for the product. And to put the cherry on top of the cake, this company does not track the products they sell by lot numbers so there is no way to know what products are defective. Hopefully other consumers will find another brand. I choose not to support company's that don't support their customers.

Workers are not happy under Auggie. Expect bad products from this supervisor. Auggie yells at his employees all the time. Constantly knocks their feet from under them and kicks them while they are down. He LOOKS for ways to write people up. Expect to lose your job or be driven out of the company or sent to another area, assuming you dont quit by then. Be aware, workers are way past being beat down emotionally from him. And you know full well how that effects quality. The company response is to keep the supervisor, get rid of the employee. This guys enjoys tormenting you!

My good friend got me a job there, I hurt my back, so of course sends me to med1,doctor does nothing but talk and try to give me steroids, then say I'm going to clear you to go back to work, they never put me on light duty, and treated me like garbage, I need a attorney because med1 and them are working together,.
