It was an easy and satisfying experience working with all the people at Kitchen Tune-up! They all did a wonderful job! I’d like to give a shout out to Jim Mustee! He’s what I called “a magic man” . He did an exceptional job changing out my 1930’s cabinetry, made me some cute little shelves for a problem area, did a beautiful job on the tiling, and I love the lighting he installed! I was so excited to work with Kitchen Tune Up during the design process, but it’s been downhill since then. There have been mistakes made during every phase of the process. First, a broken cabinet door. Then the wrong flooring was ordered. That meant I had to wait 3 more weeks for that stage of the project. Once the floors were installed the shoe molding was damaged. Tessia, the owner (who is wonderful), said that it would be fixed. On to countertops….of course the faucet was “delayed.” Honestly I don’t think anyone remembered to order it even though it was paid for. (Now I have no plumbing in the kitchen, which is cool). So everything was supposed to be done today. Tiling is not done, cabinet door not replaced, shoe molding not touched. Again the design process was great but the actual work has been a nightmare. I do not feel valued at all as a customer. Here’s hoping this project actually gets finished!

Been waiting for years to finally remodel our kitchen. We did not have the budget to change the footprint but needed to at least update. After 3 estimates, Kitchen Tune Up was by far the most responsive and reasonable. The whole team was great. Jaydn was great help with with confirming and suggesting interior aesthetics, Tyler did a great job with project management and had great communication and follow up. Josh was the stand out with his attention to detail in the installation of the refacing and cabinet doors and drawers.Like any remodel project, expect delays and hiccups. We had a couple with the countertop, plumbing and tile grout but KTU has stood behind their work and made/is making it right.I would strongly recommend KTU and we're actually looking to them to help with a little bath remodel that we now need to do.Thanks to everyone at Kitchen Tune Up breathing new life into our dated kitchen!!Service: Kitchen cabinet refacing

Good plan for new doors & drawers, countertop, and backsplash, a bit of custom work on some cabinet reconfiguration. There were some probs and delays on ordering everything correctly, but workmen were all talented and professional, and all personnel honest and responsible for follow-through for minor missing things, very happy with quality of end result. I am writing this review after 1 year of terrible service, from Nick and Tessia Pash at Kitchen Tune-Up Grand Rapids. I waited so that I did not let emotions come into play in my review. We had them remodel our basement kitchen and bath. I asked Nick multiple times if the project was to big for them and the answer was always no, but in the end the project that was supposed to take 6 weeks took over a year and was not completed by Kitchen Tune-Up. Please be aware they charge a 30% mark-up on all service, even if they don't manage it. On our project that added over $3,000 to our project. They don't take responsibility for their subcontractors.Tessia claims to be a designer - not true. She as no designs skills and was a complete waste of our time. Nick avoids situations and follow-up, we had to get experts into our home to tell him how this team did things wrong. They recommended subcontractors who took our money then went out of business without finishing our job. We ended up having to finish the work ourselves. The flooring company they brought in did a terrible job and we had to have our entire floor (2000+ sq ft) replaced and it is still wrong.I know having your cabinets refinished is very desirable, but I warn you to do your research on Nick and Tessia Pash, before you sign a contract. After getting several bids for a kitchen remodel and being blown away by the cost, my husband and I decided to go with Kitchen Tune-Up and do refacing rather than all new cabinetry. I am so glad we did! Besides saving major money, the quality is excellent and it looks like a brand new kitchen! We also added a pantry, a larger island and new quartz countertops. It all came together beautifully. Everyone who had a hand in our project was professional and highly skilled. Highly recommend Kitchen Tune-Up!

We recently did a remodel in our home we bought new 36 years ago. Our kitchen cabinets were custom built but were in need of a restoration. We looked at replacing the cabinet doors but decided to give Kitchen Tune Up a try. The person they sent did a fantastic job and it only took one day. My cabinets haven’t looked this good in years.

I wish there was an option for 6 stars! Nick and Tessia are absolutely AMAZING! There is no need to look elsewhere...these people are top- notch in every way. I had an idea to surprise my spouse with new cabinets and had to do so on a VERY restricted timeline. The Kitchen Tune-Up team went the extra mile in every way to make it happen! And the result? We had no words...
