Rude, passive aggressive staff that basically shoo'd me away after expressing that a compound prescription was too expensive for me. No alternatives. No solution. "I don't know what you want me to tell you, that's our price." There should be some level of empathy and respect toward patients.. AVOID this place full of uninterested, money hungry people

I like keystone Pharmacy. When they couldn’t get the ingredients to make one of my prescriptions they came up with an alternative and contacted my provider for me. I also love that they ship it right to my door.

I recently had a phone consultation with Dr. Logan and let me just say how thankful I am for his willingness to share his extensive knowledge with others. I spent 2 years trying to find answers, and although I did get some answers, Dr. Logan helped with the missing pieces. I highly recommend Keystone pharmacy and their PharmDs because of the above and beyond service. You're not treated like a number, you are helped by your individual needs.

very thankful to have had the chance to connect with Logan over telehealth and get setup with the right treatment. Was able to ship treatment right to my doorstep even living in another state and the process was effortless. Would recommend to anyone in need of a compounding pharmacy.

I have had to opportunity to work with Logan over the last few months to create a personalized plan to support my overall wellness.The consultation process was easy and very professional, I filled out a patient questionnaire with my symptoms, habits and concerns and Logan used this to personally tailor recommendations for me including supplements, meal plans and other lifestyle changes. All of this was addressed in an in-depth Zoom meeting where he explained the science and rationale behind his recommendations and answered all of my questions.He has also been great at following up and checking in at appropriate intervals to see how I am doing and to provide updates on additional research and information he has found that may benefit me.All of his recommendations were shared with me via email for reference and supplements are able to be ordered through Logan for quick and easy delivery to your home, even from thousands of miles away.I am continually impressed by his professionalism but also his realistic approach in making recommendations that are reasonable and that will actually be able to be implemented into my daily life.Not only am I seeing improvement and feeling better with Logan’s recommendations BUT I am also finally getting answers and proposed solutions for medical issues and symptoms I have been experiencing for 10+ years. Things that my previous primary care physicians and even specialists have failed to provide me!I recommend Logan and his team to anyone looking to support a healthy lifestyle, seeking solutions for medical concerns, or just looking for individualized and science-backed recommendations and quality functional medicine products.

Most of my experience was great, and then when I moved you accidentally used the old address. When I didn't receive my prescription, I asked you to reimburse the cost to me. Not only did the person refuse, after speaking with the manager on duty, they scrubbed my account. They only offered to provide a new prescription at my expense. I told them to reimburse me and keep the package, which the post office informed me had been returned. I have since moved to Rivertown Pharmacy in order to get the prescription on time. I did finally receive the package from you and promptly paid you by phone.

I absolutely love Keystone Pharmacy! They have compounded several medications for me over the years, due to an allergy I have to certain substrates used in conventional pharmaceuticals. What a relief it is to have Keystone down the road giving me personalized service with a hometown feel.
