Just Bought A House On 10/7/2020. 24. Single Mom. First Time Home Owner.. Kevin Barnes Does NOT CARE about your Likes Or Dislikes Of A House.. He Will Try His Hardest To Sell You The First House You Walk In, No Matter What Is Wrong With It. He Also Lies ALOT. If There Is Something He Catches Wrong With The House, He Wont Tell You As That Would Mess His “Money” Up. He Treated Me So Poorly During This Process. During Closing, I Actually Requested To NOT HAVE KEVIN At Closing As I Didn’t Trust Him And Felt Uncomfortable . I Actually Talked With His Boss About The Issue. Sadly, We Had To Get Middle Man (Sad Right?). I Would NEVER Recommend Kevin Barnes To Anyone ... He Had POOR Communication Between the sellers and Buyer . For Example, He Would Say Something Like “ When I Hear From Them Tomorrow Ill For-sure Be In Contact With You “ . He Would Never contact Me , I Would Always Reach Out To Him . If You Texted, Called With A Question , He Was Rude . Please If Your A First Time Homeowner, DON’T Make The Same Mistake I Did .

Kevin was an exceptional Realtor! He went above and beyond finding the perfect home for our family. Kevin was the absolute best!! This is my husband and I were looking for homes since June 2020 with the help of God, lots of prayer & Kevin--we were able to close on our first home in November 2020. Kevin is knowledgeable, patient, kind, thorough. He treated us like family. We are first time home buyers and he made the process so smooth for us.
