I came in looking for a specific kind of chair when Sydney came to help me. She heard what features I wanted and then pulled out the exact chair I had hoped to buy! She very clearly explained all the options, suggested the best features that would fit my needs and not just upsell me, and gave me confidence that I was buying the right chair.This was the best shopping experience I've ever had for a larger purchase. Sydney and Morghan are incredible salespeople and are extremely kind and personal, and NOT just because they want a sale. They cared about what would suit me best. If they see this, thank you both for everything!!!

It is slightly over priced for the selection they have. Their fleet of trucks are looking sad and they could probably pay their warehouse staff a little more if they really want to present an image of selling a high end product.

Overall great service, however 3 stars because the person who helped us repeatedly touched the outside middle part of their mask to adjust it (not just the top edge), then the chairs (the back part and armrests). The outside of the mask should be considered to be contaminated with CoV2, potentially, and should not be touched. Please communicate this to your employees. We will of course clean the products we purchased. Otherwise, thanks for the service!
