Stephanie was an absolute dream to work with. As a first time home seller, I went into this confused and worried and didn’t know anything about selling my home. Both Stephanie and her incredible team worked diligently and quickly to ensure that this was the smoothest and best possible outcome. After hours, she answered questions and gave me clarity on a lot of things I was nervous about. I would recommend her to anyone buying a home or selling a home without question. Sold a house with Paige Davis. Misrepresented actions, and acted for the benefit of the buyer and not for us as the seller. Pressured into a sale to someone also represented by KW GR North. Wouldn’t call her a seller’s agent so much as a commission agent.

I would never recommend this Real Estate agency to anyone. Their client made an offer on our house then backed out for no good reason. The whole situation with their client was strange, lots of red flags. Then the Keller Williams agent (Rachel Kokosenski) kept playing us and stringing us along stating her buyer would be paying a deposit and providing proof of funds. They had 2 full days to provide this to us and never did. Their buyer also contacted my husband directly to negotiate the deal and stated "i'm not playing games, i'm buying your house". Come to find out, the buyer has done this same thing to 7 other sellers. He negotiates a deal, strings everyone along, then backs out of the deal. I spoke to Rachel on the phone and she hung up on me (very unprofessional), then I called her broker (Mike) and I shared with him that their office is very unprofessional and I will never allow them to show our house again. They knew their buyer was playing games and had no intention of buying our house and they also did not pre-qualify him. They wasted alot of our time.

Jaqueline Smart was amazing and very helpful for finding our forever home. She's so good she sold us our forever home without even seeing it...ha ha.
