The staff treats you like a person, not just another prescription to rush through. I stop in every now and then just to talk to the pharmacist about random health things and have always been offered great advice and products to try. If they don't have it in their store to sell, they give recommendations on the best places to get what you need! Have transferred my prescriptions to here because the staff is so great!

I was very rudely hung up on by an older gentleman. As I was trying to communicate my refill questions. He did not want or care to hear what I had to say. I have scripts elsewhere and have never been treated so discourteous. It's a shame when people are in the business of caring and healing other people that they can be so callous + inconsiderate.

This is such a great pharmacy, the staff started recognizing me by the second time I came in and I’ve always had great service here. The staff seems to really care about anyquestions or concerns I might have. I switched to this pharmacy from a chain pharmacy and it’s such a better experience and with much shorter wait times. Thanks for all that y’all do!

This pharmacy has the nicest staff. The people here genuinely care for you and are so helpful. They go above and beyond. My father has been getting his medications through them for years and they have been so helpful and attentive. My husband started to recently get his medication here as well and he always tells me how pleasant is to talk to the staff here and how heard he feels about his concerns. Thank you for always being so nice!

Amazing staff and excellent service and friendly atmosphere. After my second visit they had already known my name. I have gone to pharmacys that look down on you for wanting a specific manufacturer because on generic is causing you an issue. But at Kay, they genuinely wanted to help me resolve my side effects. A pharmacy you can trust and not feel looked down on for any issue a medicine is causing you.

My main pharmacy wasn't able to fill a prescription so the hospital sent it to Kay. My first visit apparently the prescription never got sent. Not his fault I get that however the gentleman got kind if pushy with me to try and get all my information into the computer. On my return visit (following day) I was informed that they couldn't fill it. They informed me of another place across town that could but it would take another 2 days to get it. So I simply asked them why they dont inform the hospital that they couldn't fill these types prescriptions so you dont waste anyone else's time. What I assume the manager got really rude and pretty much indirectly called me an idiot. After all that they told me to pretty much kick rocks they weren't going to send the prescription to the other pharmacy to get filled and I had to call the doctor. Terrible experience all the way around, will never go back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Members of my family have been customers of Kay Pharmacy for several years because of them being local, having GREAT service and super people. We have briefly moved our business a couple of times because our healthcare provider insisted - and have always come back because of the healthcare providers poor service, prices or both. I recently changed healthcare providers and the new provider insisted that to keep my prescription charges low and 90 days scripts, I had to use their preferred provider. The new 90 days scripts from their provider included a big increase in costs. I contacted Kevin at Kay Pharmacy who listened to my concerns and said to let him work on it and "he would do for me what he would do for himself". My scripts came in the mail the next day after I spoke with Kevin and my new scripts were for 180 days and had absolutely fantastic rates - best I've had in several years. My THANKS to Kevin and Kay Pharmacy for great service, prices and looking out for their customers. USE THESE GUYS - YOU WON'T GO WRONG!!!
