Stopped in to get a sizer placed on a ring, and browse watches (after waiting at another store and not receiving assistance). Lucas welcomed us as soon as we entered the store and was very accommodating. He was able to get my ring sizer placed and fitting perfectly. Jillian then was assisting us with men’s watches and was very helpful and patient as we were picking out the perfect one. Thank you both for your help, and my fiancé loves his watch.

I had a great experience picking up a set of diamond earrings and a Citizen watch for myself at the Woodland Kay’s. Lucas was available to assist me and went above and beyond. He showed me several sets of earrings and helped me try on numerous watches until I found the pair that I liked best. He was professional, yet laid back and he looked great in his maroon suit jacket. Thank you to Kay’s for being as reliable as always and thanks to Lucas for being a great version of himself. I will be back.

Very disappointed. I ordered a previously owned ring enhancer online. I added it to my cart, added payment information and completed the check out. I received a confirmation email that the item was purchased. The next day I received an email that there was an "inventory issue" and that I would not receive the item. Thanks a lot Kay's as I passed up similar items from other stores and now those are gone. I was a first time shopper and this is definitely my last time.Edit: I did contact Customer Service at the suggestion of the store manager and was told they are sorry. While I appreciate the apology, my situation is still the same.
