I was into day for a dip, got me in on time, and tech was great. Could have done without her stopping to laugh every 5 minutes mid dip or applying clear coat. I'm giving 1 star because the lack of hygiene and cleanliness. I was placed at a station that was covered with remnants of the client before me, trash was also left at the station. This place used to be clean, techs cleaned their tools and stations. Not so much the case, it seems.

Called two and a half hours in advance to bring me and my two little girls to get their nails done for the first time! As well as mine. Appt was at 6:00. I left at 6:35 having to continue to wait for a tech. An appointment is for a reason. If they did not have time they should not have scheduled. This is not the first time. Exactly why I stopped going to begin with and to think I wanted to give them another chance. Saddened that my girls are so upset.

My favorite place tbh, the stylist that did my pedicure was super sweet, and told me I have a great smile, I feel bad for not engaging in conversation more with her, but I definitely will next time. She’s my favorite lol?❤️
Cleanliness: Super clean and smelled great, especially when they used orange slices for one of the massages?
Stylist: The lady that did my pedicure was SUPER sweet and kind and I definitely would like to have her again, I’m sad I never got her name but she’s the best❤️

I whole heartedly wanted to love it here .
I didn’t want to do this . Three months I have been going and my nails lasted so long and I was so impressed with the artistry because it was so beautiful. But they lost me at the effort of care .
The first beautiful set you see was perfect but the acrylic was very thin . They blamed it on long length but in reality they were very weak and they broke really badly. They managed the first patch work but it was rushed because they had other clients, like my time and money wasn’t important.
For context , I was 4 days in broken nails and $76 bucks down . And the acrylic so thin .
were in hard times and this isn’t cheap . The manager made me feel like she could fix this , but had no energy to show she really cared . In replacing the nail she filed them all down and as you can see these nails are different shapes and sizes. I told her to do anything she wanted design wise , since it was plain and I wanted to see if she would go above and beyond , considering I cried on the phone with her because the treatment just wasn’t kind . Not even oil at the end . I was in and out of this chair with no longer broken nails but nails I truly didn’t love and really thought she could have done more . She didn’t even file my thumb down . Guys it’s so sad .

Yikes. Came in needing a fill from set I got done from a different salon before they closed down. Overall, just mediocre and unprofessional. The nail tech didn’t file the sides of my nails after filling in with acrylic, so I can still see the color from my previous set on near every nail. There’s gel paint on the sides of my fingers and every nail is a different length. They don’t look bad from a distance but definitely not how they should look the day of getting them done.

I've gotten shellac pedicures here for years and they've always been excellent. They are always busy so make sure you make an appointment. Lots of colors to choose from and send you text coupons sometimes :)
