Pretty standard gas station - nothing overly special or disappointing. The only complaint that I do have is that some of the employees will take smoke breaks in the car wash and it causes your vehicle to almost instantly smell like cigarettes once you’re in the wash. Then once you’re going through the blowers, you will have an employee sitting on milk crates awkwardly staring at you while on their phone / smoking a cigarette. Not the biggest deal in the world, just sucks to have your vehicle smell like cigarettes when you try to be intentional about keeping it clean.

I would like to mention the cashier by the name of Katie. I am a huge fan of johnnys and am a frequent customer the past 2 years. I put off becoming a rewards member for quite some time, but when I remembered to ask today she did an unbelievable job of giving me the run down. Instead of just giving me the card and saying to go online, she went in depth and explained the process from start to finish, even giving a personal testimonial for the benefits. Thank you to Katie for keeping Johnnys remarkable!

Always love coming here. A big plus that it is right down the street from my house and you can get subway. I only wish they were still open 3rd shift, but I get it: people who wanna work.

I stopped in to fill my tank Katie my cashier offered me your fuel rewards card today. She was very friendly greeted me with a smile made my customer experience at this location 5381 Division so pleasant.Katie has excellent customer service skills . Thank you for such a great service!

I put off writing a review for a while. I get it's not the most pleasant job, but with that being said if you visit this store after 11pm you have a 50% chance that there will be a sign that says be back in 10 to 15 minutes. Don't expect them to be back in any less than an hour. Countless people walk up to the door, read the sign, and leave every night. Owners losing out big time from those hour and a half "bathroom breaks". Subway guy does a stellar job though. You should give that man a raise.Interesting response- 1st photoJune 27th- I gave you another chance only 5 days later, and what am I greeted with another sign on the door. Guy must have nightly stomache issues.Second photo June 28th-Guy watches people at the door and walks into the bathroom. Stomach issues again?

First off all my daughter's slushie leaked out of the bottom of the cup. Second of all I prepaid for gas hot regular gas and it tried putting in premium in and I left gas nozzle in. So I went inside and told them. The manager on duty went and took it out but when I went back out my gas cap which has a leash on it to I don't have to set it on the ground was broke off and not connected anymore. NOT A HAPPY SHOPPER PLACE WAS 2545 AIRPORT RD JACKSON MI 49201 WITH "52148000111" U

Stopped at Johnny's in Michigan Center this morning on my way to work (first time inside) and was blown away by the cleanliness of the store, variety of grab-and-go options, and friendliness of the staff. I'll definitely be stopping again!

I was having a conversation with a management person there when someone said to me something they shouldn't have and that management person said we will let him slide now that is how things get worse you don't let bad guys like that slide on comments especially when I have not done anything wrong and worse that management person said I needed to leave making that guy wrong let's allow provoking people slide and kick me out of places because management won't hold them accountable for treating people badly
