My hair stylist was Melisa. She did long layers on me, it is tough for me to trust someone to cut my hair but she did wonderful. 10/10 recommend her!!

Melisa did an amazing purple vivid on my hair! My hair is naturally jet black and she managed to lift it and the result is a vibrant purple that I’m absolutely obsessed with!!??

Ms.MeMe did my hair about a month ago and the growth already is beautiful. My hair is healthy and with the winter months being here, I know the silk press and trim she gave definitely helped!

Please don't go to Liza if you have curly hair....I wanted a press and trim. She blow dried my hair for 2 hours. And wasn't even done. I had to stop her which I should have done after the first 30 minutes otherwise I would have been in that chair for 3+ hours.My hair is so damaged now because of the excessive heat on dry hair and I am devastated I have to start over on another hair journey. The manager was nice so that's what the one star is for because I can't rate a 0. I wasn't going to leave a review but I'm really seeing how damaged it is after I washed it and it still smells burnt

Went in for a root retouch with MAYBE a half inch of regrowth and left with a 1/4 inch I look NO different.... why she didn't go all the way up I have no idea. But she was super niceService: Hair coloring

This review is for the optical department. After 2 failed attempts at getting correct glasses from Costco, I remembered that I had once gotten a great pair of glasses from Penney's. I went there again. Faten was very patient in helping me find frames that worked for me. I am a senior adult with a very petite face. I selected a pair of kids frames. I also have had difficulty getting the progressive bifocal line correctly positioned at other vendors. Faten worked to get it right the first time. Success! I am so happy with my new glasses and will return to Penney's optical in the future because of the wonderful service.

Can’t say enough about this salon! So professional and spent time making sure everything was perfect. I actually had two stylists working on me at the same time, they were both amazing.
