DO NOT FINANCE IF YOU GO HERE!!! Very disappointed with this place. I was talked into financing which I said I didn’t want from the start but I let them talk me into and that’s on me. I was told I’d be at 17% interest for 36 months, now 15 months in and the bank they use says they’re raising it to 36% unless I cancel the card. That’s fine, I don’t want it anymore. So I call to cancel and they tell me my rate has always been 29% already. Comenity tells me they don’t have anything to do with what Jared tells me and the Jared employees tell me it’s out of their hands what their bank does. DO NOT FINANCE IF YOU GO TO JARED!!!

I am quite disappointed in my wedding band from Jared's. I have had to replace 2 diamonds in the past 10 years. The diamonds have both cracked and chipped out. This is bizarre to me that a diamond would break. I have rings from my grandmother's that are easily 60+ years old and have never had an issue. Also I haven't been impressed by their customer service. They are there for the SALE, not personal at all. I could share more but I'm done with my time on this review. I would not recommend Jared's to anyone nor do I plan to repeat business.

The best experience I've had with any jewelry store. The associates there are wonderful, and the products there are impressive and extremely customizable.
I worked with Michael and Emily, 2 of the nicest associates with a drive to get me where I feel happy and comfortable. Can't say enough about how much I loved this experience!
