I have been shopping at J Jill for years. I have always had great customer service experiences in the past. However, This is the 2nd time I have had to do a return and deal with the woman with the purple hair. She is very rude and has an attitude if you need to do a return. She never greets you-just grabs the receipt and starts the process as she continues to talk to her co-worker. I didn't complain the first time because I thought maybe she was having an off day but she behaved exactly the same way again today! I don't need J Jill clothes that bad-I can shop elsewhere where I am treated better.

I seldom find something here. Their colors always seem too sharp. I didn't like the"new seasonal" colors for the last 3 years.But the staff is friendly.And they are very helpful.And they know their merchandise. So I keep trying. I go there every time I visit this Mall.
