Incredible, easy, honest, fast, pain free experience from start to finish! This is not the first Infiniti I've purchased, but it's the first I've purchased from Infiniti of Grand Rapids, and it will not be the last. Ha made everything seamless without being pushy. Brought my car in for service. No lights on, nothing on the diagnostic check, just an almost undetectable puttering noise that i thought might be my imagination. Youmani was able to figure it out pretty much by driving it for a few minutes. He confirmed it after they went through it and it was the rear differential. I was 450 miles from being out of drive train warranty and this costing me a few thousand dollars. Thank you, thank you, thanks you. Fixed in two days and no out if pocket cost! Highly recommend!!

I recently bought a used car and worked with Moe Abu, overall it was a good experience. I had some unique situation and accommodations and Moe met them with no issues and he was very responsive. Even after the purchase I have some hoops for out of state registration and he was just as quick to respond as during the purchasing process.

TAKE ANY USED VEHICLE YOU BUY HERE TO YOUR OWN MECHANIC BEFORE PURCHASING!!!We have purchased two used vehicles from Infinity GR. The first was a Buick Enclave in 2016. We had a great experience, especially regarding fixing anything that we found wrong with the vehicle immediately after purchase. For this reason, and this reason only, we went back to purchase another used vehicle in 2022. Times have changed. We purchased a QX 56 in July of 2022. The service department overlooked a starter that was failing, a video screen that is failing, and a driver's side heated seat that was doesn't work at all. Of course, when we pointed that out less than a week into ownership, we were told "SOLD AS IS." They offered to look for parts that they could rob off of other trade ins, because "we gave you such a good deal that there's simply no profit for us if we make those repairs." These were all things that should have been repaired before ever being put on the lot. They wouldn't even cut us a break--parts, labor, nothing--on the starter replacement. My local guy did it for less than half what Infinity GR quoted. It soon became apparent that the airshock system was shot, too. I didn't even ask about that--did it myself. We have tried to be polite, we have tried to be patient, but after a year of being put off, it was time to post this.

Best Car Buying Experience Ever! My Sales Rep Moe Made Sure Everything Was A Breeze. He Literally Handled Everything While I Was Working, I Was Not Forced To Sit An Wait At The Dealer All Day. I Just Went In, Signed Paperwork And Drove Away! I Would Most Definitely Recommend The Infinity Team. Perfect In My Opinion.

I scheduled an oil change here. The staff were super friendly and my technician gave me a heads up on important information as an fyi for the future for my vehicle. (Lease vs owning/fees/warranty) The oil change was fast and I was on my way. No complaints, would recommend!

I purchased my vehicle here two years ago and try to bring it here for all of my service. But the last two times I’ve had terrible service. My car was brought in on Wednesday and wasn’t even seen until Friday afternoon and I never received a phone call or any sort of update on what was wrong with my car or the status of when it would be done. I had to call several times to find out what was going on. For the second time in a row, they also didn’t have a loaner available and my car was in the shop for six days so I had to spend $400 for. rental. To be honest, I expected more from a luxury dealership.

This is my first time at an infiniti dealer and also having my new suv serviced. It’s very professional with a luxurious vibe. The sales rep was honest which is sometimes hard to come by. I will plan to return for future visits.

James Balder and Sabriena were the best two people to work with. I live in South Georgia and from the moment I called and spoke to James I knew I would be purchasing my vehicle from him. He’s extremely patient and knowledgeable. He made this transaction rather seamless and me comfortable purchasing pretty much over the phone and through text. I didn’t receive this type of treatment locally which caused me to look elsewhere, and I’m thankful I didn’t give up. I will post pictures of my new vehicle as soon as it gets here within the next few hours.

I take my ‘19 Q50 RS for routine maintenance and I am always treated with respect and great customer care. My most recent oil change with Todd was smooth and flawless. The waiting room was adequately stocked with cold beverages and hot coffee. I’ll definitely continue to be a return customer.
